**Please note: Being that the “Comfort” lip balm is completely natural and has high levels of yummy shea butter, crystallization can occur depending on the temperature at usage, but all that means is that you also get the benefit of some slight exfoliation prior to the crystals melting on your lips. In addition, this can cause the lip balm to not want to retract properly. Simply use your lips or fingertip to push it back in place until your next use!
