Our ingredient-conscious lip care + beauty products were born to enhance natural beauty, simplify beauty routines and inspire fearless self-acceptance.
LipLoveLine wants girls and women to feel beautiful in their own skin. We are not here to blame the makeup industry by any means. We’re a part of it. Makeup is an empowering, creative expression for many people, but it's 'okay' not to wear a full-face every day. We’re eliminating the need for tons of makeup and are focused on the lips. It’s our niche.
Our lip products are vegan, cruelty-free, and free of sulfates and parabens. Not to mention, super moisturizing, soothing to your lips, and all perfect shades for an everyday use day and night, or how we like to say 'day or slay.’

Yes, all the way cruelty-free and vegan. Not to mention, we’re ingredient-conscious!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THE PRODUCT TO EXPIRE?
Our products hold a shelf life of at least 2 years. Perfect for an everyday usage.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Our lip care + beauty products are proudly made in the USA.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY LLL PACKAGE? ARE THERE CURRENTLY PROCESSING OR SHIPPING DELAYS?
We are working closely with our carriers to ensure your lip products reach you as quickly as possible.

WHERE DOES LIPLOVELINE SHIP?
LipLoveLine currently ships to the 50 states.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once the order is made, processing takes 2 to 4 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
I'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE TRACKING.
If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order and we’ll do our best to process your request.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships. Separately, we send a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when the order ships.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMO CODES AT CHECKOUT?
You can use one promo code per order. If you have two valid LLL promo codes, please choose the one you want to use more.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Debit and Credit Cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
HOW CAN I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
Redeem gift cards by clicking the link in the email. Create an account or log in and enter the code.
HOW CAN I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD?
Gift cards work like store credit on LipLoveLine.com. Once you have applied the gift card to your account, it will automatically apply to your next purchase. If you do not have enough store credit in your account to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.
Returns & Exchanges
HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time given concerns with COVID-19 safety. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we're sorry about that! Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be sure to get you the LipLoveLine you ordered!
